- Hi Scooter, you are right, no mention of any hold. Since once one warrant was for failing to appear in court and another was for probation violations, I assume she is being held without bond (flight risk). Of course, she might qualify for a 72 hour hold, if you know what I mean. LOL.

- As Americans, we are supposed to uphold our justice system. It provides protection for the innocent who are falsely accused, while helping to ensure that criminals are properly and legally found guilty. Our legal system is not perfect, but it is necessary and as fair as possible.

- I'm a liberal and this story makes me sick. The charges are human trafficking, false imprisonment, lewd and lascivious exhibition and delivery of a controlled substance to a child under 18. I'm not sure what liberals you talk to, but I don't know a soul who would condone these crimes.

- I wondered about the term 'slavery' too. The headline says slavery, but the article said he was charged with sex trafficking. They brought in teens from other states for sexual purposes, and since the teens were coerced, that makes it fit the definition (I think. I'm no expert, checked on wiki).

- Wayne - two women. One was raped. The beauty queen is claiming she was a potential victim, therefore not the original victim. He threatened her, attempting to intimidate her to not come forward with the evidence. That's what the story is about.
